The HAS Program includes a feature rich, User Friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI) to assist Agency personnel with the overall management of their Electronic Monitoring Program. The HAS View Software Application is designed for Community Corrections Officers. In fact, ActSoft worked directly with Agency Personnel to develop the overall Monitoring Software to ensure their requirements were met.

ActSoft invested in the technology and infrastructure to provide secured, hosted facilities to support the HAS software application. The HAS View User Interface is a Web Based Application. Provided the Agency has Internet Access and Internet Explorer 6.0, personnel will have access to the offenders’ secured information from any computer or laptop. The Monitoring Software provides access to real-time Active GPS data 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year.

The User Interface uses NAVTEQ Mapping content, which is an industry leading source of mapping information. Agency Personnel can obtain Street Level Mapping or Satellite Images based on their specific requirements. There are a number of reports available for personnel to review, including information for each offender or a group of offenders.

HAS View is the Monitoring Software Application that Agency personnel use to monitor, track and manage offenders. The software is flexible and allows Agency Personnel to define specific time periods for when GPS information is obtained and transmitted across the wireless network. These parameters are configurable on an individual offender basis. So if you have a higher risk offender, you can establish more active tracking parameters versus someone who is less risky.
